Active member 360 removing access.
So the concept is this active member 360 allows access to your WordPress site based on tags, you just need to get that tag removed, you can do so using the built in capability that thrive cart has in their behavior rules.
So let’s dive right in.
Inside your WordPress site, you’re going to have active member 360 installed, you’re going to create memberships. And regardless, my recommendation is you’re going to want to have one tag control over all access. You can have other tags that control access to parts of the membership that they’ve signed up for, especially if you want to deliver content over time. But I suggest having one master tag if you will, per course or membership level inside WordPress that active member360 uses. And the reason why we do that is because then inside Active Campaign, all we have to do is apply a tag or remove the tag or you can do that inside thrive cart and I’m going to show the thrive cart way.
So make note here’s one course right here. This is the Active Campaign tag profile course AC. Now inside thrive cart, what I want to do is take the product, edit it go over to behavior. And in this case, actually haven’t said anything up. So let’s just say if somebody purchases the main product, we want to add them to a existing tag, they don’t want to go find that tag, right there. And I’m gonna go ahead and save that. Now my way of actually doing would be to put them into an automation that then applies the tag. But just to show you how it works. This is what I would do. Now, if somebody quits, they cancels whatever, something like that we want to do that, for instance, if they refund or if they cancel their subscription or payment fails, I’ll just show you the subscription is cancelled, I’m going to do basically the opposite remove them from an existing tag.
And that’s it. That’s kind of the concept again, I would do this in Active Campaign you probably want to build out an automation for each event that can occur but this will simply add access when they purchase and if they cancel they get their access removed because we set it up such that the membership in active earn WordPress is controlled by that one tag.
So that’s how I use activemember360 removed.
