ActiveCampaign founder and CEO Jason Vandeboom announced reaching 100,000 customers. This is an incredible milestone for the company, which has just received a $100 million Series B funding as well as achieved a $100 million annual recurring revenue.

After sharing a brief history of ActiveCampaign in his blog post, he proceeded to explain how the journey to the latest milestone led them to the creation of Customer Experience Automation or CXA. This category allows the service to do more for their customers, effectively becoming their true partner and not just a provider of certain features or technologies. CXA helps customers connect information from different sources, organize audiences for personalized communications, and automate every step throughout the customer experience.

He wrapped up the post with a message of thanks to ActiveCampaign’s customers, supporters, and employees.
