first_name<\/li>\n<li>last name =&gt; last_name<\/li>\n<li>email =&gt; email<\/li>\n<li>phone =&gt; ???<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Populating the phone number will be a little tricky &#8211; we don&#8217;t know the exact name of the field to use in Calendly &#8230; you will have to do a little investigative work to figure this out \ud83d\ude00.<\/p>\n<p>SUGGESTION: Easier to use first and last name on your Calendly form than full name.\u00a0 If you use full name, there is a little more customization required with ConvertBox.<\/p>\n<h3>Calendly Link<\/h3>\n<p>Visit your Calendly link, https:\/\/calendly.com\/you\/20min.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2177\" src=\"https:\/\/integratepro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/calendly-schedule-min-1024x608.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"608\" srcset=\"https:\/\/integratepro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/calendly-schedule-min-1024x608.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/integratepro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/calendly-schedule-min-300x178.jpg 300w, https:\/\/integratepro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/calendly-schedule-min-768x456.jpg 768w, https:\/\/integratepro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/calendly-schedule-min-1536x912.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/integratepro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/calendly-schedule-min.jpg 1552w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click through and schedule an appointment &#8211; almost &#8230; just don&#8217;t get to the final step.<\/p>\n<p>The reason we are doing this is because we are going to &#8220;guess&#8221; at the name for the phone number field.<\/p>\n<p>You would think it would be &#8220;phone&#8221; or &#8220;telephone&#8221;.\u00a0 It is not.<\/p>\n<p>The url should now look something like this.<\/p>\n<p><mark>https:\/\/calendly.com\/you\/20min\/2021-04-12T19:00:00-06:00?month=2021-04&amp;date=2021-04-12<\/mark><\/p>\n<p>3 &#8230; 2 &#8230; 1 &#8230; start guessing!<\/p>\n<p>What you want to do is append to that url &amp;<strong>a0<\/strong>=18005551212 and hit enter to reload the page.<\/p>\n<p>The url should look like this.<\/p>\n<p><mark>https:\/\/calendly.com\/you\/20min\/2021-04-12T19:00:00-06:00?month=2021-04&amp;date=2021-04-12<strong>&amp;a0=18005551212<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n<p>Did that result in the phone field being populated?<\/p>\n<p>No?<\/p>\n<p>Try the next number, ex &#8211; Setting the form actions<\/h3>\n<p>In the form settings modal select the <strong>Actions<\/strong> tab and set the default action to <strong>Redirect to url<\/strong> and add your Calendly page url in the field on the right.\u00a0 Be sure to use the original Calendly link, not the final one with all the extra stuff appended, ex &#8211;
