statistics:\u00a0Refunds, refund rate, Refund amount, Total orders, and Gross revenue. \u00a0This can be displayed for both live stats and test stats.<\/p>\n<p>Further down the page are four tabs for:<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"products\">Products<\/h3>\n<p>You can search for your products or create a new product.<\/p>\n<p>For your current products, you can see the\u00a0<em>stats<\/em>,\u00a0<em>sales funnel<\/em>,\u00a0<em>edit<\/em>, or\u00a0<em>get the url<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h4>Stats<\/h4>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>stats<\/strong>\u00a0for each product include gross revenue, net revenue, orders, page views, page bounces, conversion rate, refunds, refund amount and refund rate. \u00a0These stats are available for today (default), yesterday, previous 7 days, previous 30 days, week to date, month to date, all time, or for a custom range. \u00a0Further down on the same page is a graph for the last 7 days sales with the ability to clear test stats if your product is in test mode.<\/p>\n<h4>Sales Funnel<\/h4>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>sales funnel<\/strong>\u00a0is the process the customers go through when purchasing a product.<br \/>\nThrive Cart allows up to 5\u00a0<em>upsell<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>downsell<\/em>\u00a0for the sales funnel.<\/p>\n<p>If you click the Do you want to attach upsells to this product? box, you will be presented with the option to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual URLs for each purchase<\/li>\n<li>Integrate with my membership platform<\/li>\n<li>Use my own custom script (advanced)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is also a tick box for Turn on two-click upsell buttons. \u00a0This is good for verifying the customer does actually want to take the upsell in case they mistakenly choose the upsell. \u00a0Yes, it is possible that this reduces conversions.<\/p>\n<p>If you do decide to use the upsell \/ downsell capability that ThriveCart provides, let me give you one piece of advice.<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" happens.<\/p>\n<p>Test in test mode and test live with a credit card and \/ or Paypal.<\/p>\n<p>The upsell \/ downsell process can get complicated. \u00a0Don\u2019t put your customer through upsell hell \u2026<\/p>\n<h4>Edit<\/h4>\n<p>The ability to\u00a0<strong>edit<\/strong>\u00a0allows you to change everything previously setup for this product.<\/p>\n<h4>Get the URL<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Get the url<\/strong>\u00a0asks you how you want to embed your cart, either straight into my page, with a button, or with an image. \u00a0You also have the ability to add tracking id so you can see where your cart visitors are coming from. \u00a0When a sale is make, ThriveCart will automatically match it to the tracking id you provide.<\/p>\n<p>You also have the option to edit the\u00a0affiliate\u00a0options and get the affiliate signup url.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"upsells\">Upsells<\/h3>\n<p>You can search and create new\u00a0upsell.<\/p>\n<p>Upsell are products you can include, offer, upgrades or add-on on your sales funnel when a customer purchase a product.<\/p>\n<p>To create an upsell, click \u201cCreate new upsell\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>It has four sections the Upsell Settings, a upsell or downsell in the customize section, instead of choosing I want to\u2026 Use the cart\u2019s upsell page (which does give you some ability to customize, not much), choose Use my own upsell border\u00a0<strong>color<\/strong>: green, blue, red, orange.<\/li>\n<li>Use a\u00a0<strong>button<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>image<\/strong>\u00a0to buy the upsell.<\/li>\n<li>Change the\u00a0<strong>text<\/strong>\u00a0on the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"ab-tests\">A\/B tests<\/h3>\n<p>You can search and create new\u00a0A\/B test.<\/p>\n<p>An A\/B test will compare two products to see which is most successful at achieving your specific goal.<\/p>\n<p>To create an upsell, click \u201cCreate A\/B test\u201d. Note: You can create A\/B test if you have two Live Products.<\/p>\n<p>A pop will show up prompting to add the first product<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"create\">Create New Product<\/h3>\n<p>To create a new product click the \u201cCreate new product\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There are also four tabs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product<\/li>\n<li>Bump<\/li>\n<li>Checkout<\/li>\n<li>Customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On the\u00a0<strong>Product<\/strong>\u00a0tab, there are four sub tabs:<\/p>\n<p>You can either click Next button to go to the next sub tab which or click directly the sub tab.<\/p>\n<p>The first tab is the\u00a0<strong>Options<\/strong>\u00a0where the general information of the product is filled. Product Name that will show on cart and receipt, Label to identify the product for the owner, There is also a Product Status which has three modes: Test Mode, Live and Disabled and a drop down of Product Category. A Checkout URL which is automatically filled with the use of the Product Name and can be also be manually changed.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Payment<\/strong>\u00a0tab is where the Currency, Price, Product Type which can be One-Time Fee, Subscription, Split Pay or Pay Your Own Price, a trial period can be also be set. Then you can choose what payments can be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>On the\u00a0<strong>Fullfillment<\/strong>\u00a0tab, you can add a Support URL or email. You can also add a success URL where the customer will be taken when they purchased the product or there is an option to integrate it to a membership platform. You can customize the receipt in this tab.<\/p>\n<p>The last tab is the\u00a0<strong>Sales Tax<\/strong>\u00a0which offers to calculate tax digitally which as of now is on beta version.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Bump<\/strong>\u00a0tab is where you can add a bump offer on the cart page. It has 2 sub tabs. The Options for the general information and the Fullfillment sub tab for the success URL \u2013 so the customer will have 2 links if they purchase the bump offer, one for the product and the bump offer URL.<\/p>\n<p>As of this writing, the bump offer template is fixed. \u00a0While it might be appropriate for some markets that like flashing arrows, it won\u2019t inspire other markets. \u00a0As always, you need to test this option to determine if it works for you.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Checkout<\/strong>\u00a0tab, first you are prompted to choose what template you will use, some of the the options are One Page Checkout, Two Step Checkout, Pop Up Checkout or Embedabble Checkout. On the next sub tab the Customize, you can customize the checkout template you chose. The Success Page sub tab lets you customize the Success Page.<\/p>\n<p>On the\u00a0<strong>Customers<\/strong>\u00a0tab is where you choose autoresponders and include tracking codes like Google Analytics, Facebook, Mixpanel, or your own custom tracking code.<\/p>\n<p>When you filled all the required information and reviewed the information you can now click the \u201c<strong>Save &amp; get the URL<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>If there are no missing information, you will redirected to a page where you can get the product URL. You can copy the code and Edit the coupon.<\/p>\n<p>To create coupons click \u201cCreate coupons\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Coupon Info<\/h3>\n<p>You can add the name, coupon code, status, discount type and discount amount. \u00a0The status can be Enabled or Disabled. \u00a0The Discount type is either fixed price or percentage. \u00a0If you choose Fixed price, the discount only applies to the first product in the funnel. \u00a0If you choose Percentage, then you can apply the discount to the entire funnel AND also applied to recurring\/future payments, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Why can\u2019t you apply a fixed price to your entire funnel? \u00a0If you set the discount to a price greater than the other products or payments in your funnel.<\/p>\n<h3>Usage<\/h3>\n<p>You can set how the Coupons can be redeemed.
